Golden Boba

  • 16 oz. of Tea Zone White Tapioca Pearls (Boba)

  • 5 quarts water

  • ¼ cup Dark Brown Sugar OR ½ cup Tea Zone Brown Sugar Syrup

  • ¼ cup turbinado sugar

  • 3 cups hot water

  3. Cook at a rolling boil for 15 minutes, occasionally stirring so boba doesn’t stick.

  4. Turn off heat and let sit for an additional 15 minutes.

  1. In a separate container, combine dark brown sugar, turbinado sugar and hot water. Stir well until diluted.

  2. Carefully, pour boba into a colander to strain then rinse with cool water.

  3. Add the rinsed boba into the sugar mixture and soak for at least 20 minutes before serving.
