Chai Dalgona


  • 1/2 oz. Monin Chai Tea Concentrate

  • 3 oz. milk

Top with:

  • 2 tbsp. IMACK dark roast coffee (ground)

  • 2 tbsp. sugar

  • 2 tbsp. hot water

  • Cinnamon powder and star anise, to garnish


  1. To make Dalgona add coffee, sugar and hot water in a bowl. Use a hand mixer or milk frother to whip the entire mixture for about 2 minutes

  2. Fill serving glass full of ice.

  3. Pour Chai Tea concentrate and milk in serving glass.

  4. Stir gently to mix.

  5. Top with dalgona coffee mix.

  6. Add garnish and serve.
