Pineapple Oolong Tea

INGREDIENTS

• 2 pumps Monin Pineapple Concentrated Flavor

• 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

• 10 oz. oolong tea

• Pineapple Leaves to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill the serving glass full of hot water to warm glass.

2. Discard hot water and pour ingredients into the serving glass in the order listed.

3. Stir gently to mix.

4. Add garnish and serve.

Tiramisu Latte

INGREDIENTS

Cold Foam

• 4 tbsp Torani Puremade Vanilla Syrup

• 2 tsp Mascarpone Cheese

• 1/4 cup heavy cream

• 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee

• 1 tbsp of milk

• Pinch of salt

Latte

• 2 shots IMACK Espresso

• Milk of choice

• Ice

• Cocoa powder and ladyfinger, to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a cup froth/whisk mascarpone, heaving cream, Torani Puremade Vanilla Syrup, milk, instant coffee and salt until creamy.

2. Fill a separate glass with ice and pour in your milk of choice, espresso with syrup, and top it off with the mascarpone cold foam.

3. Dust the top with cocoa powder and top with a lady finger to garnish.

4. Serve and enjoy!

Pistachio Iced Latte

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz. Monin Pistachio Syrup

• 2 oz. IMACK Espresso

• 5 oz. Whole Milk

• Ice

• Whipped or ice cream, pistachio nuts (chopped) to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill serving glass full of ice.

2. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.

3. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.

4. Add garnish and serve!
