Summer Grill

INGREDIENTS

• 2 pumps Monin Cucumber Concentrated Flavor

• 1/2 oz. Monin Watermelon Purée

• 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

Top with:

• 5 oz. club soda

• Lime, mint sprig to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker, as listed, except sparkling beverage.

2. Cap and shake vigorously.

3. Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.

4. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.

Sangria Cold Brew

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz. Monin Blackberry Sangria Mix

• 5 oz. cold brewed coffee

Top with:

• 1 oz. coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill a serving glass full of ice.

2. Pour ingredients into the serving glass, as listed, except for cold foam ingredients.

3. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.

4. Use a blender or frother to mix the cold foam ingredients or combine in a shaker cup and dry shake vigorously until the mixture is bubbly.

5. Top the beverage with cold foam, garnish, and serve.

Pineapple Oolong Tea

INGREDIENTS

• 2 pumps Monin Pineapple Concentrated Flavor

• 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

• 10 oz. oolong tea

• Pineapple Leaves to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill the serving glass full of hot water to warm glass.

2. Discard hot water and pour ingredients into the serving glass in the order listed.

3. Stir gently to mix.

4. Add garnish and serve.
