Matcha Mocha

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz. Monin Matcha Green Tea Concentrate

• 1/2 oz. Monin White Chocolate Sauce

• Fill with steamed milk

• Milk froth to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine ingredients, except milk, in a serving cup.

2. Stir and set aside.

3. Steam milk in a pitcher.

4. Pour steamed milk into a serving cup, stirring gently.

5. Garnish and serve!

Tropical Iced Matcha

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz. Monin Matcha Green Tea Concentrate

• 2 pumps Monin Pineapple Concentrated Flavor

• 6 oz. unsweetened coconut milk

• Pineapple frond to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill a serving glass full of ice.

2. Pour ingredients into the serving glass in the order listed.

3. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.

4. Add garnish and serve!

Summer Grill

INGREDIENTS

• 2 pumps Monin Cucumber Concentrated Flavor

• 1/2 oz. Monin Watermelon Purée

• 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

Top with:

• 5 oz. club soda

• Lime, mint sprig to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker, as listed, except sparkling beverage.

2. Cap and shake vigorously.

3. Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.

4. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
