Coffee Fizz Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz. Monin Black Sugar Syrup

• 1 oz. Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

• 2 oz. half & half

• 2 tbsp. tapioca boba pearls

• 4 oz. club soda

• Cinnamon stick, mint, and powdered sugar to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill serving glass full of ice.

2. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.

3. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.

4. Add garnish and serve!

Turmeric Ginger Sherpa Chai Soda

INGREDIENTS

• 1 part Turmeric Ginger Sherpa Chai

• 1 part club soda

• Lime or lemon juice*

• Lime, to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Gently mix together ingredients in glass.

2. Serve over ice with lime garnish.

*This soda can be mixed with any other fruit juice – cranberry juice, orange juice, mango juice, coconut juice and/or pineapple juice.
