Ski Lodge Cocoa

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz. Monin Toasted Marshmallow Syrup

• Fill with hot cocoa

• Mini marshmallows, whipped cream, flavored whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill serving glass full of hot water to warm glass.

2. Discard hot water and pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.

3. Stir gently to mix.

4. Add garnish and serve!

Tiramisu Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz. Monin Tiramisu Syrup

• Fill with hot cocoa

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.

2. Add garnish and serve!

Spiced Chai Rice Pudding

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups cooked rice

• 1 ¾ cups milk

• 2 eggs, beaten

• 1/4 cup Monin Chai Tea Concentrate

• Cinnamon powder

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Place rice in bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir to mix.

3. Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake approximately 25 minutes.

4. Serve warm.
