INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup vanilla bean gelato or ice cream
1.5 oz. IMACK Espresso
1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Lavender Syrup
Purple sanding sugar or sprinkles, macaroon, and cookies to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Scoop gelato or ice cream into a chilled glass or bowl.
Brew your espresso over the ice cream.
Drizzle Lavender Syrup over gelato or ice cream.
Sprinkle with purple sanding sugar or sprinkles.
